Guided meditations are when you are taken on an imaginary inner journey
using visualizations, contemplations and reflection with the purpose of healing at all levels,
mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Some of these guided meditations also use deep body relaxation techniques
such as muscle tensing/releasing or breathing exercises.
